I haven't meditated for some time now :oops: .but I'll have to get back into it. What I tend to do is breathcounting, for about 5 minutes, or I do this while "standing like a tree"...........I don't like to do it for more than 5 minutes at a time
.there is another meditation where you visualise yourself on the sea bottom and watch your thoughts floating up :D ............so what I do is I start with breath counting then I do 5 minutes with my Soni walkman on....listening to Whales singing while visualising I'm on the sea bottom, may sound weird but it certainly chills you out 8)

I'm exploring still meditation practice right now. My karate training has built up my moving meditation skills but I know that there many times and days when I'd be more fulfilled by stillness than action. Also it really helps me with my concentration at work.

Hi Dana ... I try to meditate using the Healing Meditation found on the website... it is quite detailed and offers great suggestions for getting into 'no mind, no body'.
