Did you show compassion today?
I haven't meditated for some time now
.but I'll have to get back into it. What I tend to do is breathcounting, for about 5 minutes, or I do this while "standing like a tree"...........I don't like to do it for more than 5 minutes at a time
.there is another meditation where you visualise yourself on the sea bottom and watch your thoughts floating up
............so what I do is I start with breath counting then I do 5 minutes with my Soni walkman on....listening to Whales singing while visualising I'm on the sea bottom, may sound weird but it certainly chills you out

Hi Dana ... I try to meditate using the Healing Meditation found on the website... it is quite detailed and offers great suggestions for getting into 'no mind, no body'.
