Airport smoking area....

This is Dave Young's Forum.
Can you really bridge the gap between reality and training? Between traditional karate and real world encounters? Absolutely, we will address in this forum why this transition is necessary and critical for survival, and provide suggestions on how to do this correctly. Get a nicotene patch and get over it! (Not you, George. )

I'm all for choice, so long as it doesn't involve your choices vs. my nose, my lungs, or my pocketbook (higher overall health insurance premiums).

And lets put my kids in that category as well.

I wish I smoked so that I could stand around outside doing nothing and not get into trouble for it.

I like that smoking room and its passive-aggressive point that it make.

As a smoker, I am hoping that I can truly give up the habit and shed the extra expenses on my pocket book and health before the years end.
My only dilemma, is I have to start blaming myself for my addiction and stop blaming the cigarettes them selves.
So I guess its not much of a dilemma at all.

As I have been told so many times lately, "Why polish the apple if the inside is rotten?"
