jr black belt test..

hey i was just wondering what a jr black belt test was like, im testing this weekend and im pretty scared

. anybody got any tips for success?

You did a great job.

Has the feeling returned to your leg yet?

The Northeast Junior Black Belt Test for those who don't know is a grueling 6 hour test with few breaks and a difficult fitness section inspired by the UBBT.

As a board member who sat on both this weekend, I'd rather test in the adult one.

Time to celebrate and then back to work.

Just wait till Nidan arrives... you're gonna be in soo much pain you won't want to get up ever again...

again congrats... and get that video up of you doing Seisan, I would really enjoy seeing it! And when I get a new video camera I'll put mine up as well...
