This is Dave Young's Forum.
Can you really bridge the gap between reality and training? Between traditional karate and real world encounters? Absolutely, we will address in this forum why this transition is necessary and critical for survival, and provide suggestions on how to do this correctly. So come in and feel welcomed, but leave your egos at the door!

Steroids are apparently VERY common in amatuer MMA.
Are they more careful for pro? IM not sure.

Personally, I enjoyed the early UFC matches much more than most of the contests held during the past 3-4 years. Won't be long before the UFC and WWRassling will merge and then watch the fun!

Im honestly wondering how long it will be before fighters start 'throwing' fights.
Hell it happened alot in PRIDE.
