We hurt for you both, George & Susan

Post by chef »

Dear George and Susan, I am so very, very sorry to hear about your loss with Tia. She was an amazing, loving dog. I know how much you both loved her and how special she was. She was your baby, your little furry child. I wish I could make it all better but know I cannot.

I believe in heaven, believe animals are in heaven, and believe she will be waiting there for you.

God bless you both and may God comfort you over your loss of a most special creature.

Love,
Vicki

:( Awful to lose a good pet. Years of devotion and companionship are impossible to set aside when it's time to say goodbye... We had to make sure we had a spare around to keep us sane when our 15 year old dog (who we were nursing along on medications for heart failure) finally had to say goodbye.

Helped Sue and me get through the day.

Dear George and Susan,

Just saw this. I am devastated at your loss of Tia. I still remember how loving and playful she was every time I saw her. It is truly the loss of a most 'love dedicated' family member...and really there isn't much anyone can say other than you and Susan will forever reflect in the sparkle of her preciouseness. God bless, and much love.

Mattson Sensei,

This was sent to me when one of my beloved cats, Sebastian, passed. It seems appropriate here...

If I should ever leave you whom I love
to go along the Silent Way,
grieve not, nor speak of me with tears,
but laugh and talk of me
as if I were beside you there.

(I'd come - I'd come, could I but find a way !
But would not tears and grief be barriers ? )

And when you hear a song or see a bird I loved,
please do not let the thought of me be sad...

For I am loving you just as I always have.
You were so good to me !

There are so many things I wanted still to do;
so many things to say to you....

Remember that I did not fear....
It was just leaving you that was so hard to face.

We cannot see Beyond...
But this I know:
I loved you so...
T'was Heaven here with you !

(Isla Paschal Richardson)

My heartfelt condolences to you and Sue...

So hard to let go. Good friends and companions we have found, and they will always be around, as long as we love them.

Dear Sue and George

So sorry for your loss of Tia.
There is such and empty place in the heart when our pets leave.
