I cannot attribite my recent "recess" from the forum too anythiing but a stay or two in the hospital (FMS) and a real bad case of writer's block.

I will endeavor to get up to speed soon.

Thank You Sensei:

Same to you. My ankles finally gave out, not because of the Arts, but because the PT supplied to me after my last procedure (Prostate Cancer) was non existent.

It was the typical alleopathic boondoggle, despite my protestations, my primary did not look at my feet, neither would the oncolgist nor would the podiatrist (Plymouth Bay Orthopedics) make any comments on consult with my primary. They refused.

Kinda sad really.

Uechi and T'ai Chi kept my feet together and contemporary medicine let them fall apart--try excerising your legs alone with a cathether after 4 further procedures.

This is not an "Oh Woe Is Me" note, but a warning to watchout for the traps in the medical system, and in part, my ingnorance caued severe problems.

Still, I could and should have done more.

Thank you, I would be happy to.

My e mail is Yondan2@msn.com as correctly entered in the wrong place on my profile.

Just drop me a brief note and I would be happy to respond.

John
