They are just to damn good. I am enjoying them to the inth...bad girl, bad girl!

Last night we had company over for dinner. I made a smoked sausage spaghetti with peppers, onions, & seasonings; spinach salad with tomato, avocado, cucumber, & soft goat cheese, and a Cinco De Mayo bread with my bread maker. It had corn, green chilies, cornmeal, cumin, & seasoning...and a good red wine.

For dessert I made home made Mocha Chocolate Chip icecream with my new ice cream maker.

It was so delicious! I'm in trouble.

Needless to say, I felt compelled to be at the gym yesterday at 7 for a weight work out and today for the elliptical.

I just started using the bread maker two weeks ago and have already used it 6 times.

Last night was the first time I used the ice cream maker.

Danger, Will Robins, danger!!!

So far I have made the following:

- Cinnamon rolls from the dough
- Italian bread 2x
- Cherry, Blueberry, cranberry bread
- Chocolate Cherry bread
- Cinco de mayo with corn, green chilis, cumin

I have many more to try...I am going to make a Hawaiian with pinepple, coconut, and Macadamia nuts...then zucchini bread.

I eat some and send the rest to people. I will send you some Hawaiian bread (when I get back from my trip).

I am packing tonight to leave for Mississippi with my sister to visit my mom, and bring her back to stay for a while.

Once I get back I will post some of the recipes I have used for you other addicted bread makers.

You could just send the bread (although I don't know if it would get past custom officials) :)

Why is that bread makers and ice cream makers are dangerous? You said that you made it as your dessert and it was great? Why we must be ware on it?

Beware that, because it is so good, you will use it a lot. All my friends that have had them tell me that they put on weight because they just loved it and used it so much.

Everything in moderation, right? What I am doing now is planning ahead. When I make bread for us, I make more colorful vegetables and/or fruit, and instead of having my potatoes, rice, or pasta, I have the bread.

Also, we have some and then I send the rest away as a gift for friends.

Plus, I am more conscientious about being at the gym for my workouts too.

Now, if I could just get the hubby on the same page.
