Anti-Social Behavior Order (ASBO)

What, were they recording it? Seriously, are British walls more paper-thin than over here? There were times I really wanted the police to do something about neighbors playing rap so loud it shook our walls (especially on Thanksgiving, with the family over... get a life, people!). I understand that. But a trial? Jail?

I noticed while reading over the criticisms reported in the wikipedia article that no one seems to care about the Reason article's POV, that it's creating a nation of snitches. I've lived under those conditions in base housing at a previous assignment. Everyone ends up miserable and suffering from unecessary stress.
