We are revamping the FEARS Ltd website to offer continuing education at no cost...to our friends in the arts ...please request any material you'd like to see we're working currently on "mentor series" training shorts with numerous instructors from within and without the Uechi system ie:Jim Maloney , Joe Lewis , Dennis Nackord (Kenpo pioneer), Michael Depasquale Jr (ju jitsu), Dr Mung Gyi (Burmese Boxing 'Bando')..Any and all requests would be appreciated.

Yes, I'd love to have some input from your classes as well .I would love to do a 'mentor series' DVD with you as well. With Georges' permission I'll try to get some footage with the 'Winterfest Gang' in Feb too !! Next weekend I'm In Atlantic City for the Hall of Honors Awards and were shooting 3 videos as well.

I had the unique opportunity to visit with a large group of martial artists in Atlantic City , N.j. last weekend at my Hall of Fame induction ceromony. Dan "The Beast" Severn , Don "The Dragon" Wilson , Jeff "Perfect Weapon" Speakman and Demetrius "Oaktree" Edwards have showed intrest in contributing to FEARS Ltd projects....The "Man Cave" is 'gonna' be busy this year !!!

Susan says you confirmed joining us at WinterFest next month (Feb 26 - 27) and are willing to teach a seminar or two during the weekend.

This is very good news and all my students are eager to see you again and participate in any class you put together.

If you have time, please post what you plan to teach and let us know what kind of equipment you may need.

Enrollment is picking up and it looks like this year's WinterFest will be a big success!

GREAT !!I hope we also have an opportunity to pick his " scientists brain "on some things he said to me two summerfests ago regarding tactics and strategy...!

My sessions will be on the "Split Second Street Fight"...Art Rabesa asked me not to micromanage my teaching so in what is true to my form I DID. (Sorry Art) , many seniors made notes on Summerfests' 'Lesson plan' with those in hand and some prodding I've got some great timing and impact drills (Van)....for this ...hopefully we'll have some Thai pads and punch mitts.

It will be my honor and privilege to teach at this and any camp of yours. Joe sends his best ...My tuition will be forthcoming as well as payment for the new book (Use this time to come up with some "words of wisdom" for the title page !!!)

Echoes of Greatness


I spent the last two days with Briget and Jim Maloney and Master trainer Dickie Eckland at Mickie Wards boxing club . It was agreat training opportunity , I guess we'll call it Boston or New England style boxing vs my inherant knowlege of Philly Style boxing .As our training there continues I'll get video to share the experience.

I had fun 'fixing' an MMA guys leg kick too !!

WinterFest is filling up fast! Many more New Englanders than expected coming down to get away from the cold and snow.
