Here is something else, from 'Verbal Judo' that not many of us...who don't speak a different language, will understand...yet it is a critical skill to develop
Thompson says, "When a person who speaks English as a second language gets upset, his language abilities go away.
And when this happens, it is likely that the frustrated person will resort to violence.

Think about it.
