Thanks for posting, Victor!

We had a Uechi Student at UVa many years back (mid-1970s) who had studied Bando with Dr. Gyi. He also was a great boxer. Watching these videos with all the close-quarters combat made me see why he felt home with the Uechi style. Bando elbow work and Uechi elbow work are very similar.

The same can be said about Isshinryu's elbow technique. Bob Maxwell really does a nice presentation on elbow.
