Is it material or spiritual? Or...is it all of the above? What is home to you?
Home to me is actually going where my daughter is.

Some of my instructors taught me technique while others taught me about how to fight.

In other words,

some trainers are good at teaching “style” and.....

others are better at developing ones “substance.”

A fighter needs both.
