My wife went for a walk in the woods but it a rough place a lot of bad people go there and when she was walking through some guy came up to her and holding a cigarette said " have you got a light?" my wife fellt threatened by this guy, one of the great unwashed benefits junkeys and she said " No!!, but I've got a big dog..just as she said this my 150lbs french mastiff trotted up to her :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: ...........the guy went as we say the " color of boiled shite"

Nice Mastiffs!

Having owned Great Danes, I have an appreciation for this very old and powerful breed. If you can get beyond the drool in hot weather, they are wonderful.

The drool is something else, he likes shaking it off when he gets in the car 8O ............The great Dane apparantly, in Europe is called a german mastiff. Dogue de Bordeuxs are very friendly and affectionate. What mine likes to do is rest his head on my knee, problem is he usually does it after he has taken some water, and it gets caught in the folds of his face and my whole knee gets wet
