There is a video series here on Uechi-ryu.Com which in my humble opinion is an excellant way for beginners to intermediates to hone their skills. There is a great deal of the basics covered. I mean everything from breathing, stances, techniques, kata, kyu kumite, and MUCH MUCH MORE!

This tape series would not only enhance the training of dojo bound students, but it will also be of tremendous benefit for those training at home without the benefit of being able to train in the dojo. Trust me on this one.
