Scott, Tony et-al,
Can someone outline, click by click, the procedure to post photos on the forums, either already on the Internet or from a scanned image?
Couple of you have tried to help out, but I am looking for an Idiot-proof method to set the mechanism in place.
Thanks,

Try this...
<FONT SIZE="2" FACE="Verdana, Arial">
To add a graphic within your message, just encase the URL of the graphic image as shown in the following example (UBB Code is in <FONT COLOR="#FF0000">red</FONT>).
<CENTER>
<FONT COLOR="#FF0000"></FONT>
</CENTER>
In the example above, the UBB Code automatically makes the graphic visible in your message. Note: the "http://" part of the URL is REQUIRED for the <FONT COLOR="#FF0000">[img]</FONT> code.

Scott,
The UBB Code is not working with FTP addresses again. They fixed it, and now it's back. You might want to report it to those guys.

I just checked out Lori's She Wolf post and the pictures are displaying fine.
I haven't a clue what's going on. If it helps, I'm using IE5.5.

One thing that may not be clear: You must ftp the image to a web server first. Then you can 'point' to that address here. I don't think our server has allowed us to do this to this server.

Lori changed her code to use classical HTML commands now. the UBB code is having trouble with the ftp:// protocol preceding the address. Use Photopoint.com, it's alot easier to deal with.

I'd give you access to our server, but without a 'hands-on' lesson, this might be dangerous.
For the time being, simply email the image to one of the administrators and tell them where in your post you wish it placed, and it will be done.
