converting cakewalk files to wav

ho do I convert cakewalk work files to wave files? I wrote some music that I would like to put onto a CD. I have tried to find a way to convert but I could not find a way. could you help me?

Doesn't cakewalk have a convert option?
If not CoolEdit should be able to do it.
