What's with these forums

It has been a while now that these forums have been slower than molasses, so much so that I mostly give up and go downstairs to watch TV.

In comparison,the rest of the different forums I visit, move at warp speed.

Something needs to be done and fast because we are losing many posters, I am sure.It is getting discouraging for me.

It's the server thats slow, not the forums.

Hi George, a chip fan burnt out yesterday and brought down the server several times yesterday. I didn't discover the bad fan until midnight lastnight. I'll be replacing the fan at noon today.

The forum server will be down from about 12:30 to 12:45 for the repair.
