Dana, I will eagerly return to this forum on a regular basis, knowing you will be moderating it! I have enjoyed every word that you have written in my short experience on this site. I have already gained great insight into my own study of Kenpo, through reading about your experiences. Tx for sharing! _(_)_ Tunetigress

Well, the full moon brings them out of the woodwork it seems... so in that light here I am from the shadows where I've been mostly over the last year - moderating from the sidelines - to welcome Dana as co-moderator.
I have been happy to see the recent activity here - at times this forum has enjoyed some serious discussions and a lot of enlightening topics - followed by some periods of inactivity which over the past year I have not had the time to re-invigorate. It's good to see someone like Dana take the initiative to start some good topics and encourage others.
Hopefully this new year will see a lot of newcomers to what I've considered to be the "minority martial arts forum" and will establish a female perspective a little stronger in the martial arts world.
This forum will be only what the female martial artists make of it, and as Sensei Mattson and I have discussed, discussions like these that include both genders can only further understanding and bring training to higher levels.
Welcome Dana!
