BB mag. supplement

Black Belt Magazine just published a supplemental issue on all ladies self-defense from a variety of styles.
It looks pretty good; typical-looking scenarios, etc.
Might try to learn some of them myself! NM

I have heard that alot of it wasn't very good. Will have to pick up a copy and we can disect it here.

I subscribed to BB after reading the post. I've been meaning to do it for about a year now as it is IMPOSSIBLE to find BBmag on the shelf here in DC. I keep having to drive to Kensington MD when I want a copy. So no more.

I don't know if it this issue will be the ones that arrives. But I hope so.

Please let me know why or why not you thought the techniques they offered looked good. Did they seem like ones that a woman would be able to pull off against a man?
