This is Dave Young's Forum.
Can you really bridge the gap between reality and training? Between traditional karate and real world encounters? Absolutely, we will address in this forum why this transition is necessary and critical for survival, and provide suggestions on how to do this correctly. So come in and feel welcomed, but leave your egos at the door!

Alan - I've been waiting nearly a week for someone else to begin this topic: congratulation's on successfully testing for your Shodan at this year's summer camp!

Now that you've "crossed the line" Counselor, you've joined an elite group of fighting attorneys including Mario and student. Keep up the good work and I can't wait until your Nidan test!

Best regards, Steve

Yes, Yes..congratulations Alan.

There is much depth to your promotion, something not readily apparent.

You certainly have gained my respect.

Your tenacity is an inspiration.

How many years Alan??

I was as nervous as an expectant father during your test!

We are all very proud of you.

See you Saturday at 9am!
