Hello All,
Sorry I have been pretty busy of late and have neglected my duties here. Just a quick update on what's been going on. After radiation and possibly some new "places", I am taking the old drug thalidomide. That's the one, the thalidomide baby demon. They have found SOME effects, sometime on myeloma. Heavy doses daily and will be increased and increased until we get up to 400 mg a day, every day forever. Since it was used as a sedative and sleeping pill for pregnant women, you can see why some turn into a zombie. I am handling it well for now, up to 150 mg. a day. The problem I am having, common with myeloma, is my ribs have the tendency to break. That's fun. I am also now getting a monthly 2 hr. IV. of aredia, which is a bone strenthener. Hopefully that will help the brittle bones. No more conditioning for me but I'm sure Uechi ryu helped these old bones big time. I recently sold my businesses and am retiring. Bought a lot close by and will be building a new home. That's it for me. I feel pretty good and am taking NO pain pills at this time. As soon as these bones heal and I can swing a golf club I am going to take George to the cleaners on the golf course, and that's a promise. Hope you are all well.
Bill

Hey, Hey! Mary, be nice. Last time Bill and I did Uechi, he took it easy on me and I still had bruises.
