Looking for Bo Staff Instruction

Post by gmattson »

Mr. Mattson, I hope that you can answer a question for me. I have been studying Uechi for some time now and recently was promoted to the rank of nidan. While the study of my Karate is fulfilling, I would love to complement my Uechi unarmed training with instruction on the bo staff. Is there someone in the eastern Mass. area that you could refer me to? Thank you - Dan

Just noticed this old post. In the Norwell dojo (route 123) we practice a couple of bo forms. All are welcome. Fred

Michael Aceto does approximately ten chinese weapons including the Bo.

He currently teaches weapons to his Junior students and is putting together a weapons class in the Newton MA area which will be open to adults. He is also available for private and semi-private instruction.

You can contact him at 617-266-6006.
