I've just moved to Vienna and will be living here for the next 2 years. Is anyone aware of Uechi practioners or a dojo in Vienna, Austria...?
Thanks,
David

Uechi-Ryu in Vienna, Austria?
Hi David:
I'm not aware of Uechi/Shohei dojos in Vienna, but who knows ... the situation in Europe is in constant flux. There is a dojo in Munich run Alexander Renninger (Yondan) .. an excellent practitioner.
You might send an email directly to Alexander or his German colleagues,
http://www.uechi.de/Adressen.htm
to see if they know of anyone else who has moved to your area. Joachim (Baer) Roettinger (also a Yondan) often has the best info concerning who has moved where within Uechi/Shohei Europe.
Good luck with your posting in Austria and please greet the Germans for me when you contact them!
