You can throw with kata juji Jime as well. There is a hidden variation in the kata Hiean godan, Shotokan - Shito Ryu etc.

My variation of a Kata Juji Jime throw is, get in close, grab one collar(their left for example sake) with your left hand (for example sake) and pull across so it saws the left side of the neckneck, grab the other collar (their right) with your other hand (right) and deliver an upper cut to the chin while holding the collar - then rotate your arm over so now your outside forwarm is pressing against their throat. You can throw several ways - over your back like Ogoshi or Ippon seionage, or to the rear like Osoto Gari.
