I prefer a limb-tangled, reclining cuddle for the talk-and-sleep.

Would that be "sleeping with the enemy"?

I hope that is that Aflack duck (sorry I represent Farmers insurance as my husband's and my business and we don't like that duck).

Mammals of all sorts.....can come from the shallow end of the gene pool (including humans).

Got to find the really good ones I saw a while back and put them on. Supposed to be working though, so will save that for later.

Well since this is Eastern Arts forum, how about the kama sutra? Maybe a book on tantra?

How about love as art?

Warning - Sexually explicit work of art

It's best to be careful, selective, and at least serially faithful. I also recommend keeping up-to-date with your doctor on the benefits and drawbacks of myriad methods of protection, medications, Rx side effects, etc.

And one of the myths is that a condom will protect you against HPV.

Well... it's better than nothing at all.

Studies have shown seemingly paradoxical results. But the studies weren't classic randomized controlled trials. Rather they followed the rate at which condoms were used, and the rate of infection. Meanwhile, condom use is somewhat associated with the subject's suspicion that the partner may be infected. So the really bizarre result is that the worst infection rate happens when condoms are used about half the time (vs. rarely).

The bottom line is that condoms help when used properly and consistently. But they don't provide perfect protection.

Best to have the vaccine.

Can you get or transmit HPV via oral sex?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), it is possible to transmit HPV through oral sex, but this is less likely than through vaginal and anal sex. For some reason, HPV prefers genital and anal skin.

This thread went from a celebration of human sexuality to a clinical discussion of sexually transmitted diseases.

And a post containing a beautiful, tasteful and erotic depiction of the act of love was deleted.

I'm sure the ladies would like to see it. Or maybe we don't do things like sex, because we are all adults here.

May this website dry up, and become a putrid repository for the dead webs of crystallized spiders, frozen in time.

Isn't it a pain in the bulbous derriere that we have to please so many masters?

It's an artform. Show us you are good at it. Show us what you got.

I'm all for the kama sutra. However there's a fine line between a tasteful discussion of the sensuous and erotic and a typical porn site. If I want porn, I have it readily available via a click of the mouse. Next thing you know, I have Mr. Skintight posting links to his all-you-can-view website. It's been done before. We have moderators who patrol the site to clean their garbage out of our playground.

If you have explict drawings and/or photos that are reasonably tasteful, do what I did above. Give us a hyperlink to it - with warning - using the url function above. People can choose to click on it - or not. (Most will...) That way we provide the readers with some choice in the matter. Choice is good.

There are all kinds of things in life which seemingly conspire to throw ice cold water on our libidos. But you know what? Can't keep a good (wo)man down! 8)

The author states the following emphasis on the Kama Sutra:
The Kama Sutra showcases the marriage of the spiritual and the sensual which stems from the Hindu belief that the body is as sacred as the spirit and sexuality in all its forms is as worthy of reverence as the spiritual.
Fitness would be a must to maintain many of those unusual positions using the Kama Sutra. I always thought I was pretty fit and trim but I'm not sure I could get my body in many of those position, especially with aging.

There is beauty in the human body and beauty in the give and take of two people loving each other.

All the more reason, why one should maintain the body, keeping it fit and aesthetically pleasing.

So, not only should you stay fit for karate but fit for love.

Do you?
