Anyone know where I could find (or preferably download) a fairly detailed chart showing the major nerves and branches of the human body?

You can find lots of "nerve charts" online that essentially encompass just the spine and the afferent/efferent nerves from it. That's mostly chiropractic.
Frankly if it were me, I'd browse bookstores of schools of medicine just before registration. I often go into medical and engineering portions of university bookstores looking for neat new books that are ordered for courses. Purchasing books sometimes screws up the order number for a class, but I get current textbooks that are considered "the best" by the faculty of recognized universities. It'll cost you, but frankly is the best way to go.
You can even get accupuncture stuff in some of the medical school bookstores.
Some new textbooks also have software with them that you can load. That then would fill your need.
The only problem here is the $$$

I have a better idea. . .
Go to Munich and visit the exhibit our gang went to.
Bill. . . tell them about the display where the "artist" was able to preserve all the nerves while destroying (eating away with an acid solution) all the other flesh and bones of a human body. Best display of the nerve roadmap I've ever seen. I believe they were selling a book documenting the exhibits, but I would imagine it is quite expensive.

In addition to Netter's, and Gray's, there are other atlases that show the body in a little less imaginative color and detail than does, say, Netters. His has a touch of art in with the reality. One in particular I remember was Rowens or Rowans or something... more expensive but exquisite dissections preserving incredible detail including of the nerves. Sometimes it gets hard relating the way a sick old person looks diced up to what you're after in a live person, so it helps to have an artistic and a realistic depiction to compare. It also helps to pursue the relevant landmarks on a volunteer friend (skinny preferred) so you can compare what you can see to the drawings of what's under. The kyusho folks have some interesting nerve maps as well of course, but I wouldn't read into their explanations of why the point is important, they are frequently confabulatory when they get into human physiology and anatomy.
