"Diana Moscarda's video series is a wealth of information & her training methods are truly cutting edge. I watched the videos hoping to get a better understanding of effective self defense to teach my women students, & I ended up coming away with ideas for every class. I'd highly recommend Diana's tapes to anyone with even a passing interest in self defense, & I'd say the series is a must have for every serious martial artist." PV-19- “Barbaric Biting: How to Instantly Get Out from Under a 250 lb. Man” (Kino Mutai) Remember when Mike Tyson bit off a chunk of Evander Holyfield’s ear? It worked! Savage, vicious moves! Did you know you can even bite an attacker while standing up in a grasp? Bite him the wrong way, & he’ll only jerk away. Bite him this way to hold it 10 long seconds, & tear his flesh like a pitbull. Proper angles & motion to target the body’s soft spots: Cheek, nipple, thigh, etc. Rare 90 yr. old Filipino art passed from Dan Inosanto to only 5 men. Every woman needs to know how to bite! $29.97 (Women: Stop rape instantly!)

Here's my take on some of this

:D  I find a number of martial artists, whether experts or not, grasp onto(no pun intended) to a term,an ordinary term and really 'bite into it' making it a martial art. Kino Mutai is one such thing. Kinagat is a Filipino term for biting and there is another for pinching, which I forget at this 'senior' moment. However, grasping, tearing, pinching, etc. when done with some expertise is effective, though in this day of aids, biting to draw blood is considered a bit risky but if it keeps you from being killed, raped, etc.??? Some formidable practitioners who spend more time than most of us would care to, can literally tear a person apart with applications of pinching, grasping, tearing, ripping, biting, etc. These guys also have some sharp hard thumbnails, etc. and toenails, etc. that can slice you up also. Needless to say, we seldom encounter these guys walking the pavement in our streets. However, most of these guys would also make rather efficient us of knives and blades so as to not exert themselves too much, and this is, of course, in tropical countries. These grasping, tearing, etc. techniques work better when one is lightly clothed rather than wearing heavy winter jackets, for example. Wearing gloves and mittens also hinders grasping and pinching, etc. if you get my drift but 'in a pinch' anything is worth a try!
