Off and on for a bit/Hidden Strengths

I have had a couple of bad Fibromyalia, shoulder and swollen ankle weeks

I apologize for being absent.

I intend to start a series of threads on the Hidden Strengths of Uechi Karate and to reopen so discussion of drills intended for understanding and developing Connections and Groungs in the Uechi forms.

If you can stand it, here are some the hidden stregths:

1. Grounding
2. Connections (internally) to understand the points of power in the kata
3. the Kyusho Jistu imeddedd in the kata, Buncai and Kumite
4. the grappling and self defense skills imbedded in the kata.
