So I stumbled upon this link the other day by accident. Since I'm a sucker for this kind of thing, I tried it. Did it again the next day. I have to say that it makes me feel absolutely wonderful.

I think there are a few different clips out there showing the same exercise. If you just do a search for "five tibetan rites" you should get it.

the thing to beware is the folks trying to make money out of this, there are quite a few of them offering courses etc. which is rather surprising as nobody has validated the original book by Peter Kelder yet :roll:
in fact I still have no idea of who he is or what he studied
