Video recording
While attending Chinese festivals, I often record shows using my iPhone. The biggest problem I experience is the screen slowly dimming until I could barely see what I was recording. This is from excessive heat. When the iPhone overheats, it dims the screen to protect the battery. It’s especially common during sunny summer days. The dark screen easily absorbs the sunlight and becomes hot to the touch. While recording video during hot days, I avoid plugging the phone into a battery because charging heats the phone. I’m planning to find some way to shade my phone while recording.
