Rate this post/thread???

Not sure which forum I was on, but while replying to a topic I noticed a link that asked me to rate this topic or post.

I only saw it for a second and it disappeared after my post was sent. I've been watching for it on other forums but haven't seen it.

Anyone know anything about this?

found it.... On Raffi's forum. the link was

"review this topic"

Hadn't noticed it before.
