I.U.K.F. has re-instituted the 'Titles" program as originally created on Okinawa in 1967. In this proclamation, rank was issued for physical and technical expertise and Titles were issued for "persons whose techniques and personal characteristics are recognized as a distinguished one and advanced the progress of Karate Do."
The Titles "gold stripes" are only worn by candidates who have met all the requirements of the IUKF Titles program.
Fees: All ranks except 9th degree black belt
Paid-up and current members of IUKF testfee is $150.
If you are not a paid-up member, your testfee is $200
All Titles - No fees
Shihan & Teaching Certificates - $100

There is no charge for Titles, but candidates must be IUKF members for at least one year. Applications must be received by Dr. Neidi at least three months prior to SummerFest.
Master Ranks and Titles are awarded annually at SummerFest during the Masters' Celebration.
