Black
Belt Tests
Applications must be received at IUKF Headquarters 30 days prior to tests.
- The
role of “Test Administrator”:
- 1.
The Test Administrator is selected for knowledge, ability and willingness
to uphold the goals of the IUKF regarding black belt testing.
- 2.
Rank is not part of the selection requirement for being a test administrator.
- 3.
Administer the physical test.
- 4.
Organize the “where”, “who” and “when”
aspects of the test.
- 5.
Make sure the candidates qualify, have been “pretested”,
have their applications submitted on time.
- 6.
Selection of an impartial and qualified test board, with sufficient
board members for every level of candidate.
- 7.
Make sure the test board functions independently of outside interference
or control.
- 8.
Make sure visitors are well behaved and are not privy to discussions
or test processes.
- 9.
Award certificates to successful candidates
- 10.
Report results to IUKF President.
- 11. Administer the local Instructor and Shihan programs.

Dan gradings:
Conducted on Friday (Pre-test: 9AM- 10AM) Official Test 2PM
Master's Tests: Conducted on Saturday evening in a ceremony beginning
at 7PM.
FALL

in October: 10 AM
Candidates
may print out an application from the "Federation" site and
fax it to the IUKF headquarters or email a filled out application from
this site.
