Robb Buckland Seminar in Massachusetts

Hi All,

Robb called me last week to say that he thought it was time for a return visit to the "Beasts" of Ayer.

He and I have scheduled the next edition of Warrior Fitness for Saturday October 15th at 10:00.  This is open to all teens, adults and kickboxers!!!  If the last seminar was any indication then this one should be just as kick ass!

Cost is $30 and I request that you pre-register so that I can ensure that we have the correct amount of beverages, buckets ;-)  , etc.

Hope to see you there and obviously will see you at the Dojo soon.
