The Central Florida Martial Arts Academy is home to the Uechi-ryu Karate Club of Orlando, Inc.

Our Classes:

Uechi-ryu classes are:

Mondays & Wednesdays: 5-5:45PM Childrens' class, 6-7PM Adult class

Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7:00 PM to 8:30PM. Adult Class

Teacher Profile:

Sensei David Berndt has been training in the martial arts for over thirty years. He has trained in Uechi-ryu for ten years and has participated in training programs on Okinawa where most dojo (including SOKE) were visited. David teaches Shinyu Gushi's Kobudo and he is a life member of IUKF. Sensei Berndt teaches classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

George Mattson teaches the adult classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Tim Dando and Jim Baggett teaches the childrens' program.
