Hello to all.
I have just returned from vacation and I am amazed at the incredible amount of information and ideas presented over the past 2 weeks. I am very happy to have joined this forum.
Dr Glasheen, I would be very interested in discussing the information in the Death Touch book.

Dr Kelly,
I found the references on vagal arrest useful. Thank you.
I too would be interested in reading about the empty force test. Where can I find it.

Bill,
I looked up vagal arrest on medline and came up with a number of different articles discussing this as a mechanism of death. I thought you might find this interesting as you seem to be unfamiliar with this subject.

Dr Glasheen,
I thought I filled in my name when I signed up for this forum. In addition, I thought that I was supposed to make up a name like an email.
I do understand your point of view and I respect what you are doing for the martial arts. Although I don't know you personally, I suspect that you ...

I think you took me the wrong way. I was getting at the question of whether Mr Glassheen had a bad experience or something of that nature. I in no way meant my comment in a derogatory manner. In fact of was sort of being facetious as I know that he is an upstanding martial artist. The problem with ...

I don't understand why you ask about a relationship with Erle Montaigue. I already stated that I have no relationship with either Montaigue or Kelly.
By the way, I went back to the site and I can't seem to find any typos. Where are they? Just curious.
I don't know if this statement is going to ...

Asianmaster,
Have you read Dr Kelly's Book? I just recieved my copy and although I have not finished reading it, I am finding it simply fascinating from a medical perspective as well as a martial arts perspective.
I thought I read somewhere that Mr. Glasheen was a PhD not a physician, but I guess ...

I am listed as a computer analyst? I don't remember listing anything about my profession when I registered. I guess I failed to go over the form when I registered. I was at work and tried to do it quickly. I guess the saying that a stitch in time saves nine has some merit. I really do not care what ...

I appreciate your input. I can see there is a great deal of experience and wisdom in your words. However, with all due respect, I disagree with you on two points. First, DO's are not a cross between chiropractors and medical doctors. After researching this and speaking to a number of DO's (I am also ...

I recently came across a book called Death Touch, The Science behind the legend at the following site www.dimmak.net
Has anyone read this book? I am thinking about buying it. It was written by a medical doctor and supposedly explains how pressure points affect the body.
