one concern for the fire dragon test and personal would be having the bar high enough for those with long legs. Pull ups become much harder holding your legs up behind you compared to letting them hang.

In the future I'll trust the ones with experience more than ones selling the gi.

I will check into one of these when I return from summer camp!

Thank you guys. Those Meijin Champs do look nice if I can get a good size to shrink and I will look for a tailor if all else fails. I am with G.E.M. on this one that all these Gi's are so big and heavy. I know some people like them that way but to me it is so restricting in your movements not to men...

Gi Suggestions

Anyone have any suggestions for a traditional Karate gi. I just ordered one (Ronnin Brand) and it is nice material but wow are those sizing charts/their advice off!!!! :evil: It is so huge it is like trying to move in a fake summo outfit. I would like a Gi that is not too big, medium weight(10-12oz)...

Kola Nut extract

A lot of this is above my head so excuse me if this does not pertain to the subject. I take a supplement sometimes with Kola Nut extract in it that I have heard is a natural form of caffeine.
