I just wanted to add my voice to those who said, make sure you get your shoulders checked out by a health care professional before doing anything to try to "self-rehab" through stretching or anything else. If you are dealing with an impingement or similar problem you may just end up doing more ...

The one I got is pretty much identical, but the guy at the warehouse talked me out of leather. He said for the price difference it wasn't worth it. I went with "vintex" (synthetic leather) and so far so good. I think if I ever upgrade I would go for leather just for the aesthetic value if ...
