I've been looking for an Uechi Dojo in Oklahoma too.
The closest one I can find is in Denton, Texas.
I'm only about an hour and a half from Denton though.
I live in Tishomingo about 2 hours South of Norman
depending on how fast you like to drive on 35 8) .

Many US states don't have Uechi dojos. I didn't see anything under Oklamhoma in the dojo directory for that state. You may be able to connect with another close state where you can travel once a month to work out. It is a tough thing to do but can be done. Good luck in your search.

My father studied under Kanei Uechi for many years while living in Okinawa. I have limited study under my father and would love to find formal training. Oklahoma seems a bit barren in different styles. Does anyone know of a school that at least touches on this style?
