I have a lot of video of these sort of events, local, mostly out of Busan where I lived.

The only thing I will say negatively about all this sort of event is the safety issue. There just aren't many rules or guidelines that are adhered to.

As well with rules so lax and with so many systems ...

Having Taught Kyuktoogi in Korea, it is interesting to see the different aspects of it performed. Not to hijack....these contests are a regular thing; I have participated in and seen quite a few of them; the downside is that they have them for teenagers as well. Little regard for safety, often when the students get bloodied or Ko'd one of the teachers ...

There are a few people in the states who have studied Old style; though I do not think there is anyone actively teaching it there.
