I feel all of the forum members involved in this situation have, in their recent contributions to the relevant threads, done a very nice job of working things out together. Bravo, and thank you very much and thank all the other contributors for their sage comments that helped re-create an atmosphere of mutual consideration and respect (though not total agreement)!! It's very good progress to be able to agree to disagree. The first step in real communication.
So, let's declare that the slate is wipped clean and that we all start fresh again from this point in time.
