This is my Grand parents front yard where my KaraTe
practice all started when I was 15.
Notice the rock post, how it leans. My Grandpop told
me one day I would kick it over. Not yet

that is why it leans. Years of being kicked, with
boots on of course as lime stone can be rough on
the feet

The Osage Orange tree was my makiwara as you can see
the damage to the bark from years of shutos and
kicks, this with boots off
