Seems that as an "A" type, all the foods I like and eat, are off-limits!

If the very notion itself sounds crazy,
It is because it is.
The Blood type diet is 100% quackery, and is not based in evidentiary or scientific logic at all.
I am afraid that It is simply another useless and incorrect addition to the endless gaping cash maw which is the "Nutrition Industry." in America.

There's a bit of Metablade in all of us.
I would disguard the middle link "earth save"...it's a vegan propaganda site, save the animals... don't eat meat. So their purpose is to discourage the consumption of flesh.
Diet sounds out there however. I'd recomend moderation and excercise. Enjoy life with in reason and pay your dues for your overindulging from time to time.
