Hello All:

I just wanted to make an offical statment reguarding the IUKF sanctioned kids tournament series.

ALL UECHI RYU & SHOHEI RYU SCHOOLS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

NO ONE,, needs to be a member of the IUKF to attend...

We welcome every one and every group.. This is a start of a new era.
The old hard feelings are gone, and this is the start of the era
of "Working Together" ... and I will make sure that this statment
is true, and enforced. As far as any sanctioned tournament goes.

I also want to extend my personal invitation to all black belts in
Uechi Ryu, & Shohei Ryu, to become part of the Certified
Referee program. You are all welcome,,, Just contact me.

The requirements are:

1 - Min age 18
2 - Min rank Shodan
3 - Learn all rules & Pass a 57 question written test. Min of 50 correct)
Yes the standard is high,, we want the best & brightest...
4 - Attend 5 training seminars
5 - Attend a min of 3 tournaments per year.
6- Be honest & fair to all competitors....
