Rule Notice - Shin Pad's

Hello All:

It was printed in the information package for the upcoming
tournament, the "Mass Challenge". That "Shin Pad's" were
required. This was a miss print.

Shin Pad's are HIGHLY suggested. However, NOT REQUIRED.
