forgive me for being a novice on this and perhaps i'm not the best source to give out dojo information.But I believe a great teacher by the name of Ihor Rymaruk teaches in Amsterdam, New york. and he is a 7th dan and a great Sensei. In New York City though I have no idea but I'm sure others on here will be able to give you alot more where you have asked for.

also i don't know new york but there is a david finkelstein that teaches uechi in your state and a John stugart
