Are these the rules for the upcoming NEJUKC Series?

Hi Gene:

Yes,,,,, The rules you saw posted are the IUKF Tournamnets rules.
The rules cover both adults and youth divisions.

Remember,, as I always said. Everything is always a "work in Process"..

A competitor is out-of-bounds as soon as he/she does not have at least one foot touching outside or on the boundary line.

Shouldn't this say:

"A competitor is out-of-bounds as soon as he/she does not have at least one foot touching insideor on the boundary line."

or

"A competitor is out-of-bounds as soon as he/she hasat least one foot touching outside or on the boundary line."
